Yes. That's LOQOS policy: doors are open any day, any hour. You can arrive at night — we'll let you in. You can stay overnight near your mother during hard times — there is a guest room for that.
A nurse is on duty around the clock. A GP visits daily. Neurologist, psychiatrist, cardiologist — on schedule and as needed. For emergencies, we have a clinic agreement and transport.
Yes, we run a dedicated programme for women with Alzheimer's and other dementias: trained staff, safe environment, specialist methods. See the 'Dementia care' page.
Your mother can come for 3–7 days to try. Full services as in permanent residence. If it doesn't fit — we refund unused days.
Home Azerbaijani cuisine: plov, dovga, kufta, dushbara, fresh bread, tea with mint. The cook prepares individual dishes for prescribed diets and accounts for personal preferences.
Cameras in common areas are open to families 24/7. A camera in the room — only with the resident's consent and a separate agreement with the family. Encrypted connection, access only for relatives.
Out of respect for culture: some residents do not wish to live in a mixed space. A sisterhood environment is friendlier, gentler and traditionally more familiar — a deliberate LOQOS choice.
