Transparency and trust

How our openness is built

The main fear of a family in Baku is: "I will hand over my mother and see nothing." We built our work so that you can see everything, at any moment.

LOQOS — openness and trust, real residents

Daily video and photos

Each day you receive a short video or photo of your mother in the family chat. Not staged — real moments.

  • 30–60 second short video
  • 2–4 photos from the day
  • Weekly report from the curator

Open doors

Come whenever you like — no booking, no warning. It's a policy, not a courtesy.

  • Visit at any hour, any day
  • No limits on duration
  • You may sleep near your mother in hard times

Family video access

On request — access to cameras in common areas and (with the resident's consent) in her room.

  • Common areas open to family 24/7
  • The room — only with consent and a separate agreement
  • Encrypted connection, access only for relatives

3–7 day trial stay

Your mother comes for a few days — to try. No commitment, no monthly prepayment.

  • Full services during the trial
  • Refund if it doesn't fit
  • The curator keeps an adaptation diary
