Philosophy, team and legacy
We create a longevity space — a warm residence for older women, where life continues with dignity, safety and meaning. Here every detail — from furniture layout to menu — is designed around her habits, culture, health and personal rhythm.
CCTV system, ongoing communication with families, and a high level of care-quality control
A warm bond between residents and their families, shared celebrations, gatherings and conversations. A feeling of closeness, care and family warmth every day
A familiar and respectful environment. Each resident's language, traditions, diet and cultural background are taken into account
A space without a hospital feel, a comfortable interior, home-like coziness, attention and human warmth
Here everyone is addressed by name. We have no "residents" or "beds" — there are women, and each has her own room, her own habits and her own place at the table.
Open doors and honesty in everything. You can come any day and see for yourself how your mother lives — we have nothing to hide.
Backgammon, poetry, Novruz, prayer, live music, walks in the garden. The day is filled with warm moments, not merely passed.
We do not isolate — we reassemble life. The family stays close through video and visits. Doctors manage health. The team knows her habits. The cook remembers favourite dishes. The community gives company. That is care.
"Every person has the right to dignity — at any age."
LOQOS is dedicated to Ganira Pashayeva — a psychologist, human-rights advocate and MP who spent her life defending the rights of women and older people. Her ideas became the foundation of our psychological support and social-integration programme.
LOQOS doors are open any day. We'll show you the home, introduce the team and answer every question.
