A short 'hello from mum' every day on your phone.
Come whenever you want. No prior call. It's a rule, not a courtesy.
The curator helps your mother come on video with grandchildren — even if she's not on good terms with a phone.
Once a month — a Saturday when the family cooks, lunches and walks together.
The curator sends a letter: mood, health, events, what pleased her, what worried her.
Any change in therapy, diet or activities is discussed with the family.
