Psychological support

Three levels — from individual conversation to memory work

Individual sessions

Once a week or on request. The psychologist works on adaptation, anxiety, loneliness, loss.

Group discussions

Themes by interest: memories of youth, books, life stories. Not therapy — conversation with value.

Memory work

Especially important in dementia. Photo albums, audio recordings, family stories — a memory gym.

Crisis protocol

What happens if mum becomes unwell

1

Alert

The night nurse is in touch. Response time under 60 seconds.

2

Assessment

On-site primary exam. Contact with the duty GP (on call).

3

Clinic

Agreement with a partner clinic. Transport ready, documents in electronic form.

4

Family

You get a call immediately. The curator rides to the clinic if family can't.

5

After

Incident review, protocol update, therapy correction.
